rEDUCED MOBILITY & wHEELCHAIR USERS
Due to the historic nature of The Swan Revived, accessibility is limited in certain areas of the building. While we have made every effort to modernise our facilities and improve accessibility where possible, the age and layout of the property do place some restrictions on what can be achieved.
A lift is available to access parts of our first and second floors; however, please note that it is compact and may not be suitable for all mobility aids.
We do have a small number of wheelchair-accessible rooms, which are equipped with walk-in showers only—none of these rooms include baths.
If you have specific accessibility requirements or would like to discuss the most suitable options for your stay, we encourage you to contact our team directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a comfortable visit.
Allergies
We understand how important it is to accommodate guests with allergies and will do our best to support your needs during your stay.
Bedrooms: Feather-free pillows are available on request, but not provided as standard in all rooms. If you require feather-free bedding or have any other specific allergy-related needs, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Food & Drink: Our menu offers a wide variety of options, and full allergen information is available on request. While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from cross-contamination. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please speak to a member of our team—they’ll be happy to help.
